President

Billie Chapman, LCSW Billie Chapman, LCSW will be taking over as Board President on July 1, 2021. Billie is a 2008 graduate of the University of Wyoming MSW program. She obtained her LCSW in 2010 while working for the Sheridan VA where she worked for ten years before accepting the position of Field Director for the University of Wyoming Division of Social Work. Billie lives in Laramie with her husband, two ferrets, and a border collie who loves ferrets. Billie loves reading, traveling, and spending time in the mountains.

 

 

 

 

Executive Director

Elizabeth “Liz” Dole-Izzo, LCSW Elizabeth “Liz” Dole-Izzo, LCSW is the Executive Director for the Wyoming Chapter of National Association of Social Workers. Liz earned her Master’s in Social Work from Colorado State University and has 20 years of experience working primarily in medical and psychiatric hospital settings and in academe. Most recently, Liz was the Administrator of Behavioral Health Services at Cheyenne Regional Medical Center after working as a psychiatric evaluator. Liz was also on faculty at the University of Wyoming, Division of Social Work, as an Associate Lecturer and Director of Field Education for 10 years. Beginning in 2007, Liz has held multiple leadership roles with NASW Wyoming including serving as Board President. Liz is committed to advocating for Social Workers and the Social Work profession.
